Hi! My name is Emsley. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with deep southern roots who resides north of the Mason-Dixon line in the burbs’ north of Philadelphia. Alongside being a businesswoman, I am a Clinical Dietitian for Doylestown Health at Doylestown Hospital.
I am a simple girl who is a passionate health nut, barre3 enthusiast, and runner (when I choose to be). I enjoy crispy chicken fingers + fries often, peanut butter daily, and Starbucks coffee in my right hand is non-negotiable.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Public Health degree from West Chester University.
I love eating food, talking food, and teaching others about food that can nourish one’s body. Eating healthy does not have to be boring, expensive, and certainly does not mean labeling foods as “good” or “bad” (two words that are not part of my dietitian vocabulary). Living a healthy lifestyle is not an all-or-nothing approach. It is about finding the balance between being healthy and happy.
Let me share that passion and understanding with you, your family, your organization, and/or your community group. I hope what you learn from me will affect your life in a positive way now and for years to come. Together, we can create a healthier future!
