Initial Nutrition Session
During our first session together, I will get to know you! I will discuss your current and past health habits, concerns about your health, your lifestyle, and review your typical food intake. I will provide you with tips on meal/snack ideas that will be tailored to your lifestyle and nutritional needs. We will work together to set realistic actionable goals toward your happiest and healthiest life.

30 minute session
During your follow-up session, you and I will work together to keep track of you goals to become a healthier you. These sessions will provide support and accountability that is crucial for making your goals sustainable. Together, we will work through barriers, address any questions or concerns, provide nutrition education when necessary, and keep you feeling motivated. Follow-up sessions can be booked after a 1-hour nutrition session. (*virtual sessions available)
